Senior Sales Associate

Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation. Schedule store personnel, complete payroll information, and receive applications for interviews as requested. Train, direct, and supervise new employees while ensuring staff compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations. Verify that sales reports and required paperwork are completed and forwarded to the finance office daily, and confirm the store is well stocked. Serve as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed. Support the work therapy program component by providing beneficiaries with an example of professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed by the Supervisor.
