Job Summary
Meet sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation. Schedule store personnel and complete payroll information for all staff. Receive applications and participate in interviews as requested. Train, direct, and supervise new employees. Ensure store personnel comply with policies, procedures, and government regulations. Complete and forward sales reports and required paperwork to the finance office daily. Keep the store well stocked. Act as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed. Provide an example of professional conduct, work habits, and supervision to beneficiaries in the work therapy program component.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales
- Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record
- Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports
- Good communication and supervisory skills
