Senior Sales Associate

Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation. Schedule store personnel, complete payroll information for all staff, and receive applications for interviews. Train, direct, and supervise new employees while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations. Verify that sales reports and required paperwork are completed daily and confirm the store is well stocked. Serve as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed. Support the work therapy program by providing beneficiaries with professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed.
