Senior Sales Associate

Manage sales, production, and expense budget goals while scheduling store personnel and completing payroll information. Train, direct, and supervise new employees, ensuring staff compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations. Submit daily sales reports and paperwork to the finance office while maintaining adequate stock levels. Act as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed. Support the work therapy program by providing professional conduct, work habits, and supervision to beneficiaries. Requires a high school diploma, sales experience, and a valid driver's license.
