Senior Sales Associate

Senior Sales Associate role on-site in Pasadena driving sales performance and client experience on the clinic floor. Responsibilities include leading by example to achieve daily sales and conversion goals, educating clients on products, memberships, and skincare treatments, supporting retention programs through follow-up, upholding Skin Laundry’s service standards, opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and merchandising standards. Provides on-the-floor coaching and onboarding support for new team members, partners with leadership for smooth shift execution, and contributes to a positive, inclusive environment while complying with policies and safety protocols.
