Job Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for creating curated client experiences, promoting Skin Laundry facial services and products, educating clients on skincare protocols, coordinating scheduling for recurring and future clients, and driving sales targets. The role requires delivering outstanding customer service, leading by example, maintaining clinic operations, and collaborating with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily functioning. The position supports a dynamic skincare retail environment with emphasis on client satisfaction, safety, and adherence to company policies. The candidate will work part-time, be able to cover varied shifts including weekends, and may travel to other clinics as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably skincare/aesthetics
- Customer service excellence
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and special events
- Experience with retail POS software; Zenoti is a plus
