Senior Sales Associate

Senior Sales Associate at Rockler in Novi, MI (part-time). Responsible for delivering customer service, explaining/demonstrating woodworking supplies and tools, processing sales at the POS, and maintaining the sales floor. Includes management duties as directed by the Store Manager, handling refunds/overrides, merchandising, and assisting customers with related product recommendations to support the Total solution approach. Requires strong service orientation, ability to stand long periods, lift and team-lift items, and a basic understanding of woodworking/hand tools. Prior retail sales experience and high school graduate required; Rockler emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and craftsmanship.
