Job Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences on the boutique floor, achieving and exceeding sales targets through consultative selling, building comprehensive client Profiles, coordinating client events, and supporting boutique operations and leadership. Responsibilities include on-floor luxury sales, maintaining impeccable boutique presentation, inventory accuracy, stock management, and collaboration with management to drive revenue while upholding Maison etiquette and brand standards. Strong emphasis on client service, relationship-building, proactive client outreach, and teamwork; requires leadership capabilities and a global luxury retail mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in Watches & Jewellery luxury retail
- Excellent command in English and Thai; Chinese/Russian a plus
