Senior Sales Associate- Raymond

Assist the management team in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals while scheduling store personnel and completing payroll information. Receive applications, participate in interviews, and train, direct, and supervise new employees to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations. Ensure sales reports and required paperwork are completed and forwarded to the finance office daily, maintain that the store is well stocked, and serve as backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed. Provide an example of professional conduct, work habits, and supervision to beneficiaries supporting the work therapy program component.
