Job Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for driving personal sales while ensuring daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. Acts as a key support to Store Leadership by owning opening/closing routines, cash handling, and in-store execution to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Duties include delivering customer service aligned with Range USA standards, coaching on KPIs and sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions), maintaining inventory flow, merchandising, and adherence to visual standards; ensuring firearm safety protocols and ATF compliance (including 4473 forms and background checks); maintaining store cleanliness and organization; and supporting daily operational documents and processes. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; benefits include medical/dental/vision and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex compliance procedures
