Job Summary
Senior Sales Associate at Range USA drives personal sales while ensuring daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. Reports to Store Leader and supports opening/closing routines, register management, cash reconciliation, inventory flow, merchandising, and achieving store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions). Deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships to increase basket size, and maintain a best-in-class customer experience. Ensure strict firearm safety protocols, ATF compliance including 4473 forms and background checks, safeguard confidential information, and uphold regulatory standards. Responsibilities include operational tasks, documentation, and maintaining visual standards, with emphasis on accuracy, credibility, and a customer-first mindset. Preferred qualifications include prior retail experience and strong attention to detail; no firearm experience is required as training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex compliance procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
