Job Summary
Drive personal sales while executing daily store operations, compliance, and safety standards. Open and close routines, manage registers, reconcile cash, and maintain visual standards through inventory flow and merchandising. Review KPIs to coach the team and ensure strict adherence to firearm safety protocols and ATF regulations, including accurate 4473 form execution. Build customer relationships to increase basket size and achieve individual sales metrics for firearms, memberships, and classes. Requires 1–2 years of retail experience and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Report to the Store Leader as a key support in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
