Job Summary
Exceed personal sales and productivity goals while modeling best-in-class selling behaviors and delivering service aligned to kate spade Great Escape standards. Coach peers on client engagement, demonstrate extensive product knowledge across all categories, and partner with store leadership to initiate business-driving events. Act as a brand ambassador by sharing stories that bring product and brand to life, champion omni-channel and virtual selling services, and lead adoption of social selling programs. Support creation of short-form videos and live-stream shopping content, capture client feedback to inform service strategies, and supervise store opening and closing procedures. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales and mentor peers
- Extensive product knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with omni/virtual selling
- Willingness to appear on camera for social selling initiatives
- Social media fluency
- Understanding of platform trends
- Elevated sense of personal style
- Professional ethics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
