Job Summary
Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist focuses on guiding customers through their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example on the showroom floor, mentor peers, and deliver a service-centric experience aligned with Bob’s Way. The role is full-time in-store with required availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes commission-based earnings alongside a base pay.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment
- Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment
- Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted; move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
