Job Summary
Guide customers through personalized shopping journeys while leveraging product knowledge to meet home furnishing needs and drive sales engagement. Support team development, enforce safety protocols, and manage daily store operations to uphold The Bob's Way of honesty and integrity. Engage with clients to build rapport, resolve concerns, and upsell effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment. Requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Track record of achieving personal or team goals
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail customer service
- Commission-based sales experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support teammates
- Familiarity with retail operations tools (tablets, CRM, etc.)
