Job Summary
Guide customers through personalized shopping journeys while leveraging product knowledge to meet home furnishing needs. Support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations to uphold The Bob's Way of honesty and integrity. Engage in sales engagement and upselling techniques to drive revenue, utilizing CRM tools and tablets to track interactions. Manage concerns in a service-focused manner and lead teammates to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to engage and serve customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Track record of achieving personal or team goals
- Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. with or without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must be mobile throughout the showroom and able to perform in-store tasks as needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail customer service
- Commission-based sales experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support teammates
- Familiarity with retail operations tools (tablets, CRM, etc.)
