Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while leading a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Train new employees on store policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques; monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure stock availability. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards, handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally, and assist in scheduling shifts to optimize staffing. Implement company policies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and collaborate on strategies to improve overall store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a premium brand in a retail environment with a knowledge of sales principles
- Knowledge of various POS and stock management systems
- Experience in a customer-centric brand
- Grade 12 / Matriculation
