Job Summary
Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively. Maintain impeccable store presentation with well-stocked and tidy shelves, assist with stock management and oversee deliveries, and act as a keyholder to take responsibility for the store during openings, closes, and management absences. Work 16 hours per week in a busy, fast-paced environment across Heron Foods' growing network of over 340 stores.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- Key-holder experience
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to take ownership when stepping into a supervisory role
