Job Summary
Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining impeccable store presentation with well-stocked, tidy shelves. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively, acting as a keyholder to take responsibility for the store during management absence, including openings and closes. Oversee stock management and deliveries, juggling multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment. This 12-hour weekly role offers up to £13 per hour, including enhancements for management duties, within a fast-growing company featuring over 340 stores.
