Job Summary
Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator responsible for welcoming customers at Herc Rentals branches, scheduling delivery and pickup of equipment, optimizing driver routing, supporting branch coordinators, and partnering with territory sales reps to grow a diverse customer portfolio. You will finalize sales for inbound/outbound calls, provide expert advice on equipment operation and maintenance, generate and review daily business reports, and act as a local expert on pricing practices and fleet-related processes. Requires high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), 2–4 years of relatable experience, knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement, proficiency with Salesforce.com/eApply, and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes proactive customer service, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within the branch and with vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED required
- College Degree preferred
- 2 - 4 year of relatable experience
- Must be fluent in Rental Man
- Fluent with On the Go use
- Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
