Job Summary
Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator role at Herc Rentals: act as the first point of contact in branch or via phone, proactively answer and resolve customer questions, schedule delivery/pickup of equipment, optimize driver routing with DOT regulations expertise, support fellow coordinators and sales reps, manage a customer portfolio to maximize revenue, finalize sales for inbound/outbound calls, provide expert equipment operation and maintenance guidance, generate and analyze daily business reports, and collaborate across Fleet, Procurement, Salesforce.com, and branch dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED required
- College Degree preferred
- 2 - 4 year of relatable experience
- Must be fluent in Rental Man
- Fluent with On the Go use
- Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
