Job Summary
Senior Sales Administrator on fixed-term contract to join the Sales team and provide autonomous quote and contract management, commercial decisioning, and workload prioritisation across multiple sales teams. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving quote amendments, ensuring pro-rata billing and contract alignment, quota and commission oversight, complex multi-product bid support, Salesforce data integrity and process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Bid Managers to resolve invoicing discrepancies and support renewals. Requires experience in a B2B SaaS environment, advanced Salesforce (CPQ a plus) and Excel, and strong communication skills to explain contractual or system issues clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in a Senior Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Contracts role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ experience is a distinct advantage) and Excel
- Proven ability to handle complex commercial scenarios and debt-related queries with minimal guidance
- Exceptional ability to explain complicated contractual or system issues in plain English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
