Job Summary
Senior Sales Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with Key Strategic Accounts in North America. Develop and execute detailed account-level sales strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting revenue and margin objectives. Serve as primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders (factory operations, applications, service, and executive leadership). Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, managing end-to-end customer relationships, conducting customer meetings and technical presentations, forecasting using Excel/SharePoint, supporting commercial negotiations and CPAs/BOMs/EARs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and translate engineering requests into actionable orders. Requires travel and a deep understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, with strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the semiconductor industry
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with formal training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman or comparable)
- Experience selling to Tier-1 semiconductor manufacturers
- Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month to visit customer sites
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to work proactively and identify potential issues before they arise
- Solid understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics and customer-specific challenges
