Job Summary
Senior Sales Account Executive/ Senior Logistics Consultant responsible for guiding the full sales lifecycle from pre-work and discovery to meetings, identifying client freight forwarding needs, presenting Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage services; achieve monthly revenue quotas; build a book of business through prospecting and networking (cold calling, seminars, trade shows, in-person presentations); collaborate with CRM Specialists to establish local market presence; travel locally for client meetings and presentations; requires Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred) and experience in freight forwarding.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder
- Experience with ERP system CargoWise One preferred
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
