Job Summary
Senior Safety Specialist coordinates and implements the field safety program for routine and complex construction projects, conducts safety inspections and audits, identifies and documents abatement of hazardous conditions, oversees new hire orientation and drug/alcohol policy compliance, monitors subcontractors’ safety programs, participates in project meetings, assists in accident investigations, coordinates with clinics for employee treatment and safe return-to-work, and provides guidance, training, and trend analysis to improve safety performance across Advanced Facilities projects in construction, data centers, and semiconductor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a safety and health-related field (Preferred, equivalently experienced will be considered)
- 5+ years construction safety experience (Required)
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license (as part of Working Environment)
