Job Summary
Conduct routine safety inspections and document incident investigations to ensure Center compliance with PRH, OSHA, and DOL directives. Coordinate staff coverage, manage visitor control, and enforce rest and meal break requirements to maintain a secure environment. Compile and analyze safety data to drive resolution of hazards while mentoring students on Career Success Standards. Perform operational support duties as assigned by the Center Director or Shift Manager, ensuring timely program delivery and accurate reporting to Company authorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one-year experience in military, law enforcement or security
- Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License
- Meet Company insurability requirements
