Job Summary
Senior Safety/Risk Management Consultant identifies and quantifies Workers' Compensation, Commercial Property, and/or Liability risks for accounts; develops risk identification and quantification approaches for the organization’s book of business; mitigates risk through corrective action recommendations and formal service plans; collaborates with underwriting and claims to develop large account service proposals; conducts accident investigations and delivers risk management services to clients; identifies key risks and mitigating factors across operations; provides training on risk identification, quantification, and control; supports OSHA, NFPA, CPSC, and third-party liability prevention programs; interacts with clients to educate on exposure and risk scenarios; field-based role with home-office administration and travel within the Los Angeles/Orange County territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Risk Management, Safety or related field
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), CPE, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
- Valid, current driver's license is required
