Senior Safety & Risk Consultant - Human Factors with a focus on delivering HF assessments across safety case, design and operational contexts. Role involves integrating Human Factors into engineering and safety decisions, conducting hazard analysis, task analysis, and human reliability activities, and communicating complex HF insights to technical and non-technical audiences within multidisciplinary teams across major infrastructure programmes (including nuclear/high-hazard environments). Relevant background in human factors, ergonomics or applied psychology; experience in nuclear or other high-hazard industries preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Warrington, England.
