Job Summary
Senior Safety Manager to lead Exol’s enterprise Safety Program across all sites; establish safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, federal/state/local), develop machine safety, LOTO, electrical safety and automation risk standards; lead incident investigations, design enterprise safety training, conduct site audits, embed safety into daily operations with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and Automation teams; oversee contractor and vendor safety compliance, report safety KPIs to executives; travel up to 50% in a highly-automation and warehouse-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, industrial management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive safety leadership experience in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or automated environments
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and NFPA 70E competency required
- Electrical safety specialization (CESCP) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, machine guarding, LOTO, and industrial risk management
- Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
- Experience supporting high-automation or robotics environments strongly preferred
