Job Summary
The Senior Safety and Risk Management Consultant focuses on delivering expert guidance in safety and risk management services to clients, developing tailored safety programs, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating safety action plans, conducting evaluations, mentoring other consultants, and leading strategic client relationship management. The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of workplace safety and risk principles. The position involves travel, including overnight trips, approximately 3-4 times per month.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum safety designation such as COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, ALCM, CSHCO, CCSHCO, ASP, CSP, CRM, or others
- Minimum of 7 years as a loss control consultant or equivalent related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to conduct risk evaluations and safety assessments
