Job Summary
Senior SAFe Agile Coach / Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant to lead the sustainment of a large-scale multi-ART software program. You will synchronize three ARTs, drive PI Planning across ARTs, coach stakeholders on backlog readiness and inspect & adapt processes, deliver SAFe training to leaders and teams, mentor customers and internal teams, and shape sustainment with DevSecOps practices. You’ll lead a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), implement SAFe flow metrics, and drive continuous improvement and organizational maturity across diverse teams and systems. Must operate in a fast-paced environment, convey status to leadership and external stakeholders, and hold TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus at least 12 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent with Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree); SAFe Program Consultant Certificate (SPC) or Advanced SAFe Program Consultant Certificate (ASPC); ASPC certification required within 3 months of start date; at least 5 years of full-time work as an STE, RTE, or Release Manager on a large-scale technical program, or at least 10 years as a Scrum Master on software delivery; at least 3 years of experience in multi-ART / Solution Train environments; recent SAFe course teaching experience; experience applying SAFe in large-scale programs; proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM ELM); ability to operate in fast-paced, diverse environments; excellent written and verbal communication; TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; preferred: extensive software program coaching experience and related SDLC exposure; experience with test automation, CI/CD, and Kanban; ability to brief leadership and external stakeholders.
