Job Summary
Senior SaaS Sales Executive owning a portfolio of 20–25 major accounts, selling $250K–$1M+ ARR deals into Fortune 1000 companies across CX/CCaaS/Digital Engagement, and coordinating with C-level buyers (CMOs, COOs, CTOs) using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to consolidate fragmented tech stacks into a single operating system for customer conversations. Roles are based in Seattle, Nashville, and Atlanta with 100% remote in-territory work; base salary $155K–$175K with OTE $310K–$350K and equity potential. Requires long track record of six- to seven-figure deals, strong enterprise-domain experience, and deep LOB relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 12–20 years of success selling six- and seven-figure SaaS deals into Fortune 1000 companies
- Strong platform sales experience across CX, Contact Center, MarTech, or adjacent tech
- Proven track record of closing $250K+ ARR deals and landing net-new logos
- Deep relationships with line-of-business buyers, not just IT
- MEDDPICC fluency
- Career progression that includes at least one 3–4 year stretch with strong tenure
