Job Summary
As the Senior Marketing Director, you will lead a team of digital marketers in launching and scaling new SaaS offerings for the Global Water Solutions business. Your role involves product incubation, developing go-to-market strategies, and owning revenue targets for SaaS products. You will create a customer-first narrative, refine business models, partner with product teams, and manage cross-functional initiatives. A successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, proven SaaS commercialization experience, a strong understanding of pricing and segmentation strategies, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of product marketing experience
- Proven experience in SaaS product development and commercialization, preferably in a start-up environment
- Track record of revenue ownership (ARR, retention, SaaS scaling)
- Expertise in pricing, segmentation, and GTM execution for software products
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree preferred
- Experience running structured experiments and validating business assumptions
- Strong project management and execution skills for cross-functional initiatives
- Financial acumen and ability to model and assess P&L requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging the status quo in legacy environments
