Job Summary
Lead Rust consulting projects from initial client contact through full project delivery, advising C-level stakeholders on architectural balance between cutting-edge technologies and economic sustainability. Deliver code and solution designs with full autonomy, leveraging expert-level knowledge of memory management and concurrency to drive results. Work remotely across Germany or in Munich, with quarterly travel for on-site support. Compensation ranges from 70,000€ to 85,000€ plus variable bonuses tied to sales and consulting achievements. Contribute to an open-source community and participate in high-level decision-making as a management-level team member.
Required Qualifications
- 5 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in der professionellen Entwicklung mit Rust
- Beherrschung von Memory Management und Concurrency auf Experten-Level
- Rust und Go kombiniert
