Job Summary
Consolidate two existing applications into the Rails 8 codebase by defining consistent boundaries across overlapping domains and refining domain models to match business logic rather than table schemas. Lead end-to-end feature delivery from spec discussions with the Product Owner through production deployment, while actively participating in architectural discussions to shape system direction. Drive knowledge sharing through code reviews that transfer Rails expertise across the team of four developers, and improve deployment reliability and operational standards. Collaborate with the team to maintain style guides and conventions, ensuring code consistency without a heavy process.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre produktive Rails-Erfahrung an einer Anwendung, die du über längere Zeit betreut hast

- PostgreSQL über Grundlagen hinaus: Query-Analyse, Indizierung, Migrationen auf großen Tabellen ohne Downtime
- Erfahrung mit regulierten Domänen — Energie, Finanzen, Mobilität
- Sidekiq unter Last, idempotente Jobs, Retry-Strategien
- Frontend-Grundverständnis für die Zusammenarbeit an den Schnittstellen (Hotwire/Turbo, React oder Vue)
