Senior Root Cause Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Root Cause Analyst leads investigations of complex customer complaints, dealer escalations, and systemic issues affecting customer experience and operations. Utilizes advanced analytics with SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, and Excel to identify trends, drivers, and corrective actions; coordinates end-to-end RCA processes across business areas; builds and maintains dashboards and predictive models to monitor KPIs and process gaps; presents concise insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions and compliance. Partners cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, protects confidential information per regulations, and performs additional duties as assigned. This is a Hybrid role with in-office days to support commuting to Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data/business analysis with a focus on root cause analysis and complex problem solving
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAS or similar) and reporting
- Experience using data and statistical methods to drive insights and business decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and influence outcomes
- Proven ability to manage complex issues with sound judgment and professionalism
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto finance, finance or captive industry experience
- Experience building predictive models and dashboards
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
