Job Summary
Senior Root Cause Analyst leads investigation of complex customer complaints, dealer escalations, and systemic issues, employing advanced data analysis (SQL, Python, R, SAS) and RCA methodologies to identify key drivers and implement corrective actions. Builds predictive models and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to monitor KPIs and process gaps, and partners cross-functionally to validate data and drive data-driven decisions. Requires 5+ years of experience in data/business analysis with RCA focus; hybrid work arrangement in the Dallas, TX area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data/business analysis with a focus on root cause analysis and complex problem solving
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAS or similar) and reporting
- Education: Bachelor�s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, finance, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and influence outcomes
- Proven ability to manage complex issues with sound judgment and professionalism
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
