Senior Rooms Operations Manager

Manage execution of all operations in rooms area departments including Front Office, Engineering, and Housekeeping while supervising staff. Verify goals are translated to the team regarding guest tracking and productivity, then set clear expectations with the General Manager. Monitor compliance with standards and procedures, schedule the team against guest and occupancy goals, and review financial statements to measure productivity and determine cost reduction areas. Conduct annual quality audits, interview for hiring decisions, and meet semiannually with staff for one-on-one reviews. Address guest and employee concerns proactively while ensuring all hospitality requirements are met.
