Job Summary
As a Senior ROC Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of cutting-edge remote services from the Remote Operations Centre, which includes monitoring building management systems and connected assets, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with supply chains, and ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency of clients' buildings. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide exceptional customer service, and manage project teams while developing existing team members.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in building operations, facilities management or IT networking
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and energy management
- Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS)
- Relevant HNC or HND engineering qualification
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Provide technical leadership and manage project teams to achieve objectives
- Manage and develop existing team members
