Job Summary
Senior Robotics SWE responsible for building the core software powering autonomous robots. Develop and scale production-grade software that enables reliable, precise, and efficient robot operation in real production environments. Design and implement multi-agent path planning and task orchestration to maximize fleet throughput and handle real-time allocation. Collaborate with AI, hardware, and infrastructure teams to integrate frontier AI capabilities and ensure high robot uptime. Lead technical design reviews, drive architecture decisions for core subsystems, mentor engineers, and diagnose production issues to maintain reliability and performance in high-throughput warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in production‐level coding in C++, Python, or Rust
- Experience with distributed systems, backend services, API design, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes
- Experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
