Senior Robotics Engineer (Manipulation)

Job Summary
Senior Robotics Engineer responsible for end-to-end manipulation solutions on MoveIt Pro, including motion planning, IK, reachability, collision avoidance, and grasping. Own integration of surrounding hardware and tune each robot arm to reliably execute customer tasks. Collaborate with customers to take manipulation challenges from concept to deployment on robots around the world. Must work in-office at least 3 days per week in the Boulder/Denver area with opportunities to travel to customer sites roughly every other month. Strong ROS experience and robotics algorithms focus are required; preferred exposure to MoveIt, Nav2, Mujoco, OpenCV/PCL, Eigen/Boost, and embodied AI libraries. Remote option available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Robotics, Computer Science, or related robotics-focused field or equivalent industry experience
- 6+ years of professional work experience
- Proficiency with ROS and ROS hardware integration
- Proven track record of innovation in applying algorithms and advancing robotics
- Understanding of motion planning, control, perception, and simulation
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to robotics projects through prior work or research
- Ability to travel approximately every other month to customer sites and conferences (<20%)
- Live in the Boulder/Denver area and be able to be in-office at least 3 days per week
