Senior Robotic Clinical Specialist

Job Summary
Provide clinical and technical support during HugoTM RAS System procedures, ensuring high standards of customer support and patient care. Support new installations, prepare for implementation, and optimize robotic surgery programs while coaching surgeons on onboarding and procedural development. Maintain operating room readiness through inventory management and procedural planning, then partner with hospital leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive clinical engagement and program success. Facilitate adoption of the HugoTM RAS System by supporting procedure selection and instrumentation engagement, while collaborating cross-functionally to develop surgeon engagement and digital surgery plans. Coordinate proctorships, clinical observations, and training activities to support surgeon capability, and monitor program performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrable experience in clinical setting or capital equipment sales
- Operating Room knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
- Experience in change management process
- Willingness to travel to support business requirements
