Job Summary
Provide clinical and technical support during HugoTM RAS System procedures, ensuring high standards of customer support and patient care. Support new installations, prepare for implementation, and optimize robotic surgery programs while coaching surgeons on onboarding and procedural development. Maintain operating room readiness through inventory management and procedural planning, then partner with hospital leaders and multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive clinical engagement. Facilitate adoption of the HugoTM RAS System by supporting procedure selection and instrumentation engagement. Monitor program performance, analyze utilization trends, and report on key milestones to demonstrate value. Coordinate proctorships and training activities to support surgeon capability and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrable experience in clinical setting or capital equipment sales
- Operating Room knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
- Experience in change management process
- Willingness to travel to support business requirements
