Senior Roadway Project Manager - PE

Job Summary
Maintain responsibility for multiple roadway projects while developing tailored marketing strategies to promote the roadway discipline in applicable markets. Direct and mentor younger staff, lead internal training programs, and demonstrate leadership qualities in all aspects of project management. Complete tasks and projects within established expectations, regularly review content quality to ensure the highest standards are met, and manage budgets, schedules, and job tracking for clients including the North Carolina Department of Transportation and municipal agencies. Requires no technical oversight. This role supports the growing roadway group across North Carolina in both Raleigh and Charlotte offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate equivalent
- 10 - 15+ years of progressively more complex engineering experience
- Experience managing projects for NCDOT and/or municipal clients throughout North Carolina
- Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required
