Senior Roadway Project Manager responsible for coordinating and negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors, directing project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms, monitoring progress and billing, managing quality assurance and reporting, and identifying new business opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 15-20 years of experience, and a PE license in VA/MD/DC; DOT experience is a major plus. Location: Alexandria, VA; job type: full-time; supervision of design staff and project managers, and engagement with regulatory agencies and subconsultants.
