Job Summary
Lead and deliver Virginia roadway infrastructure projects from concept through construction, including developing roadway plans, profiles, typical sections, maintenance of traffic plans, and cost estimates; serve as a trusted client advisor, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with contractors and public agencies, and participate in public meetings to drive successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of roadway design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
