Job Summary
Manage complex transportation roadway projects through design-bid-build processes, overseeing daily supervision of support staff and document production while monitoring budgets and schedules. Collaborate with team members on marketing new projects and assist the Marketing Coordinator with proposal preparation. Interface regularly with clients to drive project delivery. Requires a BS in Civil/Transportation Engineering, 12+ years of progressive roadway design experience, and a VA PE license or ability to obtain one within a year. Candidates must demonstrate experience with the VDOT Project Development Process and delivering locality projects. Salary ranges from 137,000 to 176,000.
Required Qualifications
