Job Summary
Senior Road and Drainage Engineer responsible for leading and performing the design of roads, pavements, drainage, and earthworks for civil and infrastructure projects. Works as part of an experienced team across multi-disciplinary offices and project sites, delivering high-quality civil design solutions (Earthworks, Pavements, Drainage, Site Preparation) and supporting project delivery. Proficient in 3D civil design software (Civil 3D, 12d, OpenRoads, or similar) and AutoCAD; strong collaboration with drafting teams and stakeholders; English communication skills; opportunity to develop project delivery, commercial, and leadership competencies while contributing to projects across buildings, roading, airports, rail, and site development in a consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- Ideally 6+ years’ experience
- Experience leading and performing the design of roads, pavements, drainage, and earthworks
- Competent with 3D civil design software (Civil 3D, 12d, OpenRoads, or similar) and AutoCAD
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to work in a consulting environment and with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
