Job Summary
Senior RNG Technician responsible for the safe, compliant operation and maintenance of a Renewable Natural Gas site (GCCS, wellfield, plant, and pipeline). Performs routine and non-routine field monitoring, wellfield adjustments to maximize methane recovery, startup/shutdown and normal operating adjustments, and supports field optimization, maintenance, and documentation. Must operate diverse site equipment, work with contractors, adhere to OSHA/EPA/PHMSA safety standards, document changes and data, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and uninterrupted production.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, landfill gas, or gas processing preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of process control systems, mechanical and electrical concepts
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS
