Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity compliance and information assurance activities in accordance with the NIST Risk Management Framework and Department of Defense requirements. Oversee the security authorization lifecycle, maintain ATO packages, and implement continuous monitoring strategies. Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor to program leadership, system owners, and government stakeholders. Develop and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan, manage staffing, and assume full responsibility for the program's financial performance. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring all contract deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Maintain Top Secret clearance and hold a CompTIA Security+ certification. Full-time employment with premium benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) immediate vesting.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Top Secret level
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in managing complex IT programs for the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Experience with budget oversight
- Experience with staff management
- Experience with subcontractor coordination
- Demonstrated mastery of eMASS
- Demonstrated mastery of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., ACAS/Nessus)
- Demonstrated mastery of security compliance checkers (e.g., SCAP)
- Proven hands-on skills in network and system administration
- Proven hands-on skills in troubleshooting
- Proven hands-on skills in COMSEC
- Proven hands-on skills in customer support within a secure environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field
